What is Eden Church? 

Eden Church is the newest, non-denominational Christian Church in New Jersey. Started by Brandon and Malia Cobb (along with the Dream Team) on October 6, 2024. Our motto is We Take Care of Jersey. So, we are adding talented and committed team members to our staff who will help us keep that motto a reality. â€‹

Responsibilities

  • Connect the vision: Support the effective implementation of Eden Church’s vision. Works with the lead Pastor to understand the vision and connect others to that vision. 

  • Cultivate teams:  Identify, mobilize, and equip each Dream Team to show off the Care of Christ on Sundays and beyond. 

  • Automate systems of Care: Champion the development of systems and infrastructure for all leadership and ministry areas that support the healthy, long-term growth of the church.

  • Administrative oversight: Help carry the load of recurring and spontaneous administrative items as relevant.

Requirements

  • Devotion to Jesus in every area of life.

  • Has exhibited an observable, high level of character over several years.

  • Commitment to growth in biblical knowledge.
